Showers

Are you one of those people who shower every morning? I am. It wakes me up and starts my day off right. If I don't shower in the morning I feel tired and out of it for part of the day.

Some people shower really quickly. They are in there to get clean and out they get. Others take a long relaxing shower and enjoy feeling the hot water run down their bodies. If they haven't run out of hot water, they remember to use soap and shampoo before they get out.

I enjoy an outdoor shower on a hot summer day by the pool. There is something to be said for showering outside. The sun is shining, the air is fresh, the water is splashing up at you feet and going all over and who cares?

Shower stalls can vary from house to house. Some have great big showers that they have custom built in their washroom with beautiful wall tiles and glass walls and doors. Others just go and buy a basic stall shower and stick it in the corner of the bathroom. Either way I guess you get clean.

Showers can be fun to share with someone you love, your spouse or your young baby. I love to have a shower holding onto my baby and singing to him. There is something really special about that.

Showers at a hotel can be great or brutal. I like a powerful shower head that pulsates on your body and soothes tired muscles. Some prefer a soft spray that comes out softly.

Showers are hard to keep really clean. You have to get in there and use some elbow grease to clean up the grim that comes off our bodies. Special cleaners are on the market now that make the job a lot easier.

Teenage girls love to spend tons of time in the shower. They wash up, do their hair, apply special conditioner that they leave in for 5 minutes and then apply special body lotions to keep their skin moist. Whatever works!
