Stereos

If you like listening to music, you are going to want a stereo. Stereo is short for Stereophonic and is related to the reproduction of sound. The difference between stereo and mono is that stereo is the use of two independent audio channels usually through two speakers. Stereo sounds much better than mono and having a really good stereo is much better than having a cheap stereo. Buying a cheap stereo can ruin the sound of the music so if you are considering a cheap stereo, stop now.
When it comes to buying a stereo, the man in the relationship is more likely to want a really big and expensive stereo. Women tend to be more functional when it comes to stereos and just want something that plays music. That is boring. When you buy a stereo you need to get a huge, loud and complicated stereo that can connect to your television with scart leads and create a surround sound effect that will drive your neighbours crazy.
If your neighbours complain that your stereo is too loud, turn it up so that you cannot hear them complaining. That said, we here at everything about houses do not encourage or advocate the abuse of a stereo or playing a stereo too loud in the middle of the night. It may be fun to do this with your new stereo, but it is not very nice for others who live next door.
So let us have a short recap about buying a stereo; buy a big stereo, shop around for a good deal on a stereo not some second hand rubbish, make sure your stereo comes with speakers and when you set your stereo up, follow the instructions or better still, get someone else to set your stereo up for you and head off to the pub.
